We would like to thank Fred for sharing his piece. We are delighted that he chose to use our QA-2 Queen Anne pulls with hand chased designs. The hand chased pulls we produce are made the same way they always have. Our shop foreman, Steve, uses a series of punches and a hammer that were originally used by my great grandfather to make the patterns. Sometimes change is good, but sometimes the originals work best. Fred told us "I have to admit, once the hardware was put on, everything came together." We couldn't be happier.
Orion has worked in the foundry and is fully trained in foundry operations. From there, he moved into the office. He now handles custom iron fabrication as well customer service. He works on the website and marketing, as well as manages inventory and works in shipping. When you are a boss, there is no end to what you might do in a day.
