The Gold Hammer award at Juniata High School is given to the best woodworking project in the school, and James won it for this project. He built his corner cupboard from locally purchased cherry and he used Lonnie Bird's plans from American Woodworker magazine. Watch this space for James' senior project--currently in the planning stages.
