Ball Tipped Precision Butt Hinges

These hinges are superior to any hinge in existence today, in our opinion. Our customers asked us to produce an exceptional butt hinge (sometimes called inset hinges) to match our kitchen cabinet hardware, and we think we did. For 3/4"-1" thick doors. Six finishes.

hinge profileThese hinges are first extruded from solid brass barstock, and then each is machined to aircraft tolerances. They have 7 knuckles and tight pins. The ball tips are simple and elegant. The hinges are nearly 3/32" thick, and will support even the heaviest cabinet door. Don't hesitate to use them on doors with leaded glass inserts--you will not be disappointed. Supplied with size 4, 3/4" long screws. Listed dimensions are the hinge body excluding the ball tips.
