Iron Rat-tail Hinges

Used most often on corner cupboards and in kitchens, these are stunning. The 'flag' is installed on the cabinet door and the 'rat's tail' is secured on the frame that surrounds the cabinet door with the lower screw and the threaded eye. For flush mounted or doors with a 3/8" offset rabbeted edge.

On the New Yankee Workshop, Norm Abrams used our offset rat-tail hinges (right handed) on the doors of his Painted Cupboard, project #0707.
Stand in front of the door. If the hinges are going to be on the right side, choose a RT-R hinge, and if they are going to be on the left side, choose a RT-L.
