This drawing shows a post extender. The interior of the post extender is threaded and will screw over our posts. With these, pulls can be mounted on drawers with very thick fronts. Please tell us the drawer thickness and we will supply the correct length. Aluminum.

  • Posts are 1-1/4" long. Our machine screw posts come with screws for 3/4" to 7/8" wood. If your wood is thicker or thinner, please tell us in the notefield. We can provide screws for almost any thickness of wood with the machine screw fittings. If you are using a post and nut and your wood is thicker than 1-1/8", you will need to counterbore. About our packing material: We use two different materials, popcorn and newspaper. We call it popcorn and actually it really is made from corn! Our popcorn is made from cornstarch, is completely biodegradable and dissolves in water. Completely innocuous, we like it better than Styrofoam. We also use newspaper. Using a product to its ultimate conclusion is the essence of recycling. Our employees bring it in and we reuse it.
