Antique Polish

Goddard's Antique Polish is a special product that combines beeswax with lemon oil. We suggest it be used occasionally on all lacquered, painted and varnished wood. This polish should be lightly applied with a soft cloth and then rubbed vigorously with a dry cloth. The waxy sheen will mask scratches and stains, as well as beautify and protect the finish of the wood. In addition, this finish will resist smudges and fingerprints. Goddard's Fine Furniture Cleaner and Polish can then be used regularly over it.

Appliance & Countertop Polish

I have been using this as a test for several months to see if it made sense to offer it to our customers. I have a new Corian counter and I must say, this polish is a great thing to use. It leaves a satin sheen, and is very, very smooth. I think it would be great with formica, slate, marble, or granite. Goddard's recommends it for appliances, too, but my stove is nothing special and I cannot imagine polishing it. My Corian sink loves this stuff, but it doesn't last long in a sink. It is food safe, which is why it is different than the Marble and Granite polish we also sell.

Brass and Copper Polish

This polish is for general use, and a bright shine can be achieved quickly with minimal buffing. Goddard's special anti-tarnish formula means less polishing because the shine will resist tarnish longer. A safe, non-ammonia polish, it is also effective on pewter, chrome, stainless steel, and aluminum.

Butcher Block Oil

This is a great little product. It is made from 100% mineral oil, a very pure grade that is intended for use with food. When I put it on my cutting boards, it really evens out the cuts and slices and gives it a completely renewed look. It also made my very tired wooden spoons and wood handled spatulas much happier.

Cookware Cleaner

For years, we have called this product Heavy Duty Brass Polish. But periodically, Goddard's changes the names of their products and along with their labels. Recently this old standby was renamed Cookware Cleaner. It will attack that nasty tarnish that forms on the bottom of copper clad cookware. In addition, it will clean most kinds of metal, including brass, stainless steel, aluminum and pewter!

Granite & Marble Polish

Ceramic tile, Formica, porcelain, slate, stone and marble all benefit from Goddard's Granite & Marble Polish. A protective, water resistant shine results when the polish is lightly applied, and buffed vigorously with a soft cloth. The Brazilian carnauba waxes found in this polish are especially important for surfaces exposed to water, such as bathroom tiles and porcelain sinks. They offer a protective finish superior to most other products. Slate and stone will glow. Tile, Formica, and porcelain will shine brilliantly. The original color and veining of marble will be enhanced and restored. This is truly a remarkable product.
