This is the project I made for my Industrial Materials II class during my junior year at Springfield High School. I had really wanted a new desk in my bedroom and this was the perfect opportunity to have that. As long as we talk it over with Mr. Trout, and he sees that we have the interest and commitment, we are encouraged to challenge ourselves as much as possible. My desk is build out of African Ribbon Mahogony with Bolivian rosewood highlights surrounding each drawer front. This year, my fourth and final year in Industrial Materials, I designed and built a matching wardrobe to accompany my desk. I sincerely appreciate all of the hardware that I have received, free of charge, from Horton Brasses over the last two years. Your company is a friend to education!
