Richard adapts and borrows freely from William and Mary, Queen Anne, Chippendale, and the Federal periods, and adds his own individuality. He does limited production runs, in addition to collaborating with customers to produce unique custom pieces. His use of mixed woods is very appealing on this particular William and Mary styled piece.

Pompanoosuc Mills produces a line of light, clear furniture that is inspired by the Arts & Crafts or Mission style in furniture building of the early 20th century. This dresser uses our dark, hammered hardware--the MS-24 along with our MS-10 knobs. Simple and pleasing, most furniture can be ordered in a variety of configurations.

This home was built in 1790, but that 18th century builder never could have imagined what his creation would look like today. The homeowner meticulously researched every aspect of authenticity, and blended modern function with period details to create a masterpiece. The glass in the upper cabinet is antique seeded glass; and the countertops are granite. The cherry cabinets have raised panels and use our rat tail hinges on the uppers, butterfly hinges are used on the lowers and our forged knobs throughout. We are proud to have our kitchen cabinet hardware be a part of this lovely project.
