Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology

Thaddeus Stevens is a 2 year technical training school (post high school) founded by Thaddeus Stevens. Born poor and disabled in Vermont, Thaddeus Stevens eventually became a legislator in Pennsylvania. He was largely responsible for creating free public education in Pennsylvania at a time when no state provided free schooling(in 1833). Thaddeus Stevens has 16 technical programs, one of which is an outstanding 2 year program in Cabinet Making and Wood Technology. Steve Latta and Rob Tobias run this program, you can see some of the student projects here.

If we made a mistake, we will correct it immediately, just give us a call and let us know. Change your mind? There are only two charges we do not refund: The Bright charge is a labor charge and cannot be refunded. Shipping is also not refunded.

Molly and George have their home and forge in the beautiful mountains of West Virginia. They forge in the traditional manner, with coal, muscle, and hand-operated blower.
