Our Return Policy

If the hardware does not work for you, it can be returned. Stock hardware may be returned for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days. Made to order hardware may be returned for a refund less a 25% restocking fee within 30 days. 

Your Privacy

Horton Brasses does not sell, share, or otherwise supply any information about you to anyone; period. The only information gathered from any contact with our customers is information necessary to accurately deliver orders, and serve the customer. We value our own privacy and extend the same courtesy to all visitors here.

Delivery

All orders are shipped promptly. Most are shipped within 24 hours. All brass hardware is in stock at all times and we are proud of our speedy shipping. We charge a mere $6.00 for standard shipping anywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.

Horton Brasses is a remarkable company. A number of years ago, I recognized that a major weakness in the hardware industry was delivery. Our customers continually spoke of lead times of 3, 4, even 6 weeks or more. We have always believed in carrying a large inventory- and we were determined to ship orders nearly instantly.

For at least 10 years, we have shipped orders within 72 hours, but in these last 5 years, most orders have left within 24 hours. Our crew make this happen. Our finishing department is a rapid response team whose efforts are essential to excellent delivery. Our shipping department moves quickly the minute they get your order. And our factory staff has continually made production improvements. Manufacturing many items takes less time than it did 5 years ago. Production improvements not only translate into faster delivery, they also mean stable or even lower prices for you! You will see some items have had dramatic price changes - these changes reflect our true costs and are passed on to you.
