These classic little mushroom knobs are used for the pull-outs on desks and secretaries, small drawers, and on bread-board style work surfaces. Solid brass, made in Connecticut, 4 finishes and very inexpensive! Simple and understated.

Knobs are provided with your choice of a wood screw or machine screw (MSF). If you are using the machine screw and your wood is thicker or thinner than 3/4", please tell us the thickness of the wood in the comments section during the checkout so we can provide the proper screw.

Glen Huey is frequently a featured woodworker for Popular Woodworking Magazine. He uses these knobs in several projects: Barrister Bookcase (April 2007) & Lingerie Chest (December 2006).

Desk Interior Knobs

The 7/8" size make very elegant knobs for kitchens and all other cabinetry. We have used them often in the light antique finish. Need to request longer machine screws for your thickness of wood.

These 'mushroom caps' are period appropriate for cupboard doors along with a turnbuckle. You'll see these pulls in antique situations if you look for them, particularly early 19th c.
