Spool Cabinet Knobs

Spool cabinet knobs are designed with durability and aesthetics in mind. Like the department store thread cabinets of yesteryear from which they draw their name, their radial design will draw the eye while the craftsmanship ensures a lifetime of daily use. Cast from molten brass, they are beautifully formed and heavy. They are ideal for kitchen drawers and doors, but will add charm to any piece in your home.

Spool Cabinet Knobs

K-13. I collect antiques and quality is always important. These knobs are excellent castings with very defined patterns. I chose the polished brass. Excellent buffing. I have purchased knobs from other companies and these are much superior in quality! I used them on all my home cabinets and they look great with the Bin pulls making it look like all my kitchen cabinets are real antiques!

Our kitchen designer recommended these knobs and we love them! We have a Victorian home with cherry cabinets in our remodeled kitchen and the antique brass knobs look great. We vary the knob backing, some cabinets have the knobs with the round back and some with the long rectangular back....we even use them in our remodeled bathroom cabinets. So we are sold on them for their good looks and sturdy functionality...

K-14. Nice quality, solid brass castings. We bought the semi-bright finish. The mounting screws were black. They would screw into the knobs, but you had to screw them in with a screwdriver, and it was hard. Turns out the supplied machine screws are 0.160", rather than the 0.155" for a standard No. 8 screw. They'll work, but it's a bear to screw them in. Also, we are a bit disappointed in the escutcheon finish plate. The hole in the center is much larger than the No. 8 mounting screw, so the plate will not self-center when installing the knob.
