Tip Table Catch

Used on the underside of tip tables, these latch the table in the usable position. When not engaged, the table top sits upright for storage. All the hardware on this page is shown in antique brass.

On the New Yankee Workshop , Norm used tip table catches on both his Tilt Top Table, project #0508 and on Martha's Candlestand, project #0704.

Why Horton Brasses?

Sustainability. We choose our packing materials with the planet in mind. We use popcorn and newspaper. The popcorn, made from cornstarch, is a harmless alternative to Styrofoam. It is completely biodegradable and dissolves in water. The newspaper we use represents the ultimate recycling. Our employees bring it in and we reuse it!

Our Crew

Terry is a native of Tennessee and has worked for us for several years. He makes our long strap hinges, H & HL's, slide bolts, and rattail hinges in addition to doing all of the custom fabrication.
