You will never get an operator, receptionist, or voice mail when you call Horton Brasses. After hours our answering machine will allow you to leave a message.

- We are open from Monday - Friday, 8:30 to 4:00. We close for various holidays and vacation. If you are planning to visit on a holiday, or between Christmas and New Years, it would be wise to call ahead and get our schedule. See directions to our Cromwell location.
Ask questions! Every question is important, please do not hesitate to ask us. This company is in business to solve our customers' problems just as much as it is in business to sell hardware. Between us, we have seen hundreds of innovative solutions that our customers have come up with; one might be for a problem just like yours. We can give you specific details about the hardware, and sometimes we can suggest different combinations that may not be in the catalog.

If we know someone who has what you need, we will give you their name and phone number. We maintain files on suppliers of many different types and styles of hardware.

Steve began his brassco career as our maintenance man, a job he loved. But the broad nature of his many talents became obvious and he has been our shop foreman for the last 14 years.
