We strive to keep shipping simple and affordable for all our customers across the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and all US territories.
Flat-Rate Shipping: Orders of $250.00 or less qualify for a flat-rate shipping fee of $8.00 via US Mail.
UPS Shipping: For orders over $250.00, shipping is calculated at cost via UPS.
Special Note for AK, HI, & Territories: If you are placing a large order from outside the contiguous US, please contact us via phone or email. We can often arrange US Mail shipping for larger orders to help reduce your costs.
Order Processing & Delivery
Fast Fulfillment: We keep our stock items in raw brass and finish most to order. Stock hardware generally ships within 3 business days.
Express Shipping: If you choose an expedited shipping option, we will do our best to get your order as quickly as possible. Please contact us via phone, email, or text to discuss your deadlines. Hand finishing does take time.
Business Day Delivery: Please note that express transit times are measured in business days. For example, a package shipped on Friday via 2-Day Air will arrive on Tuesday.
Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery needs (e.g., “leave at side door”), please include them in the Special Instructions field during checkout.
While we pack every order with care, transit damage can occasionally occur. Please inspect your package upon arrival. Any damage must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
We proudly serve clients worldwide. Shipping charges are calculated automatically based on the weight and destination of your order.
Shipping Options: For orders under $500.00, US Mail is typically the most cost-effective option. For orders over $500.00, FedEx is our required carrier.
Customs & Documentation: To ensure a smooth delivery, we provide all necessary customs documentation, including multiple invoice copies, certificates of origin, and SED filings where required.
Return Policy & Fees
Stock Hardware: Returns made within 30 days receive a full refund of the purchase price. Returns made after 30 days are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Made-to-Order Hardware: These items must be returned within 30 days and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Over 60 Days: Returns for items older than 60 days are accepted at our discretion.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You may ship the package back via your preferred carrier, or we can provide a prepaid label and deduct the cost from your final refund.
Our Quality Guarantee
Our hardware is fully guaranteed to function perfectly for years to come. If we made an error with your shipment, please notify us immediately; we will correct the mistake at no cost to you.
All orders are prepaid unless a commercial open account has been established.

Open Accounts: Commercial customers may apply for an open account with pre-approved credit.
