Our solid brass cupboard turns and knobs are classics. Heavy and substantial, they grasp naturally even if your hands are covered with flour and oil.
Cupboard turns and knobs are traditionally found on hutches, corner cupboards, buffets, and other traditional furniture. In appearance, the knobs and turns look like kitchen hardware, but the long shank and optional fingers make them useful on furniture. All cupboard knobs and turns are each fitted with a traditional brass shank, finger, nut, and washer. The purpose is simple enough-to keep your doors closed without use of a modern catch of any sort. The knobs with a shank and nut function are the same as a more normal cabinet knob, just with an old world appearance.
Love Horton Brass Products, August 4, 2015 By Clifford Greaves (Greensboro, NC)
I have just recently completed building a wall clock where I used all Horton hinges, latches, and pulls in semi-bright finish. The quality of fit and finish is superb, plus you get steel screws to use for mounting before doing the finished product with the furnished brass ones. What's more, they are priced right too!
