Shipping, Payment, and Returns


All orders are prepaid, unless an open account has been established in advance. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and you can even mail a check. Open accounts are available to commercial customers with pre-approved credit.


Our default shipping is US Mail to any US address for a flat $7.00. This rate is good for all of the continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and any US territory. Flat rate shipping is available for orders $250.00 and under. UPS options are available at cost for all orders over $250.00.

Are you in Alaska, Hawaii, or any US territory? Give us a call or email and we can get you set up with US Mail for larger orders.  

All orders are shipped promptly. We have a huge inventory and ship the vast majority of orders within 1 business day. Should you choose any of our expedited options, we will do everything possible to ship your order the same day we receive it. If you have special instructions (leave at back door, yellow house in rear, etc.) be sure to tell us in the special instructions field during the checkout, so the package can be delivered promptly. Please be aware that express service times are measured in business days. For example, a package shipped on a Friday via 2-day air will arrive on Tuesday of the following week.

International Shipping

  • International shipping charges depend on weight and location. Our website will calculate the shipping automatically once you register. You can go to checkout to confirm the charges once you register and before you put in any payment information.
  • Most of our international clients choose US Mail, and that will be the first option displayed for all orders under $500.00. FedEx options will display on the site for all international orders-and will be the only option for orders over $500.00. 
  • We provide all customs documentation including multiple invoice copies, certificates of origin and an SED when required. We try to make your customs clearance as efficient as possible.


You may return hardware for exchange or refund. If you find that you cannot use the hardware you have ordered, we will issue a full refund of the purchase price less any return shipping charges. Return shipping is not free-sorry. You can mail the package back yourself, or we can send a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from the return. Stock hardware returned after 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Made to order hardware will be subject to a 25% restocking fee and must be returned within 30 days. We reserve the right to decline any returns over 60 days old at our discretion. 

We will be happy to exchange your hardware if there is another product you want to try. If you find an error in your shipment, please let us know. We will correct it immediately at no expense to you. Our hardware is fully guaranteed, and should function perfectly in the years to come. If there is ever a problem, let us know and we will resolve it.

Damaged products and packages:

While almost all packages arrive intact with everything inside in proper condition, sometimes things do happen. Damage occurs in transit, etc. You must notify us within 3 days of any damaged items you have received.
