This makes it much easier to communicate in real time, with the ability to send pictures, files, and more. Textline works exactly the same way as the chat service on our website, except you communicate with us by using your smartphone, tablet, or any other text-enabled device. There is no need to download an app or install anything on your device.
WHAT DOES IT DO? Textline gives you the option to start a conversation with a member of our office team, much like what you're used to doing already. The difference between this new chat feature and the one currently on our site is that this one is entirely through texting. You can send text messages, pictures, documents and files, and even emojis with Textline. All you have to do is text this number: (860) 300-2494 and you will automatically be paired with a member of our team. This is so you can eliminate the need for calling our office or emailing us if you would rather send a quick message instead. We believe it will be more beneficial to you in this bustling world of technology.
WHAT CAN I DO WITH TEXTLINE? You can do a few cool things with this new feature. Want to send a quick message about an order? You can do it. Have a product you need to match or replace? You can do that too; simply take a photo and attach it in a text and send it on its way to us. Besides photos, you can attach documents and forms as well. Have a purchase order you need a quick response to? Text it to us!
DO I HAVE TO USE TEXTLINE? No. You can still call us and email us with any questions, or use our basic text chat feature that is still available on our website.
ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS? Nope! You can access this feature from any device that has the ability to send and receive text messages. All you have to do is send a message to this phone number: (860) 300-2494 - it's as simple as that! Texting is available during our normal business hours: M-F 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST.
WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY? We take privacy and security very seriously, and that extends to this feature. Your phone number will not be broadcasted, shared, or saved anywhere at any time. You do not have to worry about your personal information being saved or spread anywhere without your permission.
