Our PRT-5 machine screw post is much like our PRT-3 machine screw post but with a slight variation. First, the most noticeable difference are the head tops. The PRT-5 are trepanned with concentric circles. Secondly, these post are designed to work with our 2" PRT-12 hepplewhite bails only. These post fasten internally with a 8-32 machine screw. They are available in all 5 of our house finishes and you may also have the option to have these nickel plated.
We supply you with a 1/2" 8-32 machine screw to cover a proper installation through 3/4" thick wood. If your drawers are thicker or thinner than 3/4", please let us know in the Special Instructions field so we can supply you with the correct length screw.
