Made from extruded brass, each is machined to precision tolerances. The hinge leaves measure 1-1/2" wide when open by 2-1/2" tall. These brass kitchen cabinet hinges are perfect for 3/4" thick wood.
Please note: You must put a back bevel in your cabinet doors when using ANY non-mortised hinge. 2-3 degrees is plenty when adding the back bevel.
Do you want to use these brass kitchen cabinet hinges in a production environment? Feel free to make jibs and fixtures. Every Hinge is exactly the same, and extremely precise. In fact, you can use the same jigs and fixtures for all NM-3, NM-5, and NM-7 non-mortised hinges.

All hinges ship with matching screws. Slotted or Phillips head screws are available. Remember to pre-drill screw holes if you’re using our hinges for hardwood cabinets.
The best way to install non mortise hinges is to first install and fit all doors and face frames using one screw on each leaf-the two slotted holes on each hinge. We suggest you do this in your shop. Wait until the pieces are on site, then do a final adjustment on each door-then drill the final two holes on each hinge. This will save a ton of time if the job site isn't as level as the shop floor.
All hardware includes all fasteners needed for installation. You can order extra fasteners if required.
