Horton Brasses basic privacy policy is simple. We will not loan, sell, share, or rent your information to anyone. We will not abuse your privacy in any way. If you opt out of our emails, we will respect that.

The exceptions are: We need to share some of your information to ship your orders. Some examples are your address to the USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Your email with our email provider for the purpose of sending you a monthly email. Those entities do not have any right to use your information for any purpose other than their express tasks.

We’ve chosen to formalize this policy because of our new app for your phone. We are not in the data business-we will not access any information from your phone for any reason. We are not and will not use our app as an advertising delivery vehicle or a means to collect data on our customers. We wouldn’t know what to do with it if we had it anyway.
