I orginally bought the 2" version of this hinge, but after receiving it, I decided that the 3" version would more suit my project. It was easy to use the online chat to speak with a representative who was very knowledgeable and super helpful. He sent me a return mail label, and we got the 3" hinge ordered quickly. It arrived in 2 or 3 daysvery quickly. I was delayed in sending back the 2" hinge, but, as soon as I did, the return was processed and the refund was in my PayPal account within a couple of days of my having put the hinges in the mail. This sterling customer service is part of what you are paying for when you buy product from Horton, and, for me, it is well worth it.
