Although Horton Brasses has been crafting bail pull handles since 1936, the designs and shapes of this metal hardware hark back to far earlier periods. Hammered or stamped and punched bail pull designs capture and stay faithful to various period styles: the 1900's Arts and Crafts look of exposed wood, early American colonial, Victorian, Art Deco, and other attractive and classic forms of the 17th through the 20th centuries.
Antique reproduction bail drawer pulls are not complete without a light or dark finish, and many bail pulls, with or without backing plates, offer a choice of shades. Choose from several round, angular, or intricate bail pull combinations for enhancing the sturdiness and styles of drawers, cabinets, and other features of your home.
If you are building a new piece of furniture or restoring an old piece, you probably know the style and this is the place to start. All of our bail pulls are measured by the boring of the pull. A 3" bail pull will fit a boring that is 3" from center to center. If you need help with installation, refer to our boring and installation guide. If you know the size of the pulls you are trying to replace, refer to our boring chart to see all the hardware in that size.
